Snapchat views issue: 0 views blocked

My views on my Spotlight videos have been stuck at 0 for a few weeks. Since I requested the payment of my crystals, my views have stopped. The same goes for my old videos. I used to get a minimum of 50k to 100k views and everything has stopped; I've contacted Snapchat 3 times and they all tell me to do the same thing. "Be more creative, follow the guidelines blabla" when everything is being respected, I don't understand.

    I have had the same problem since I became a creator; before, I easily got 100K views and now I'm stuck at 0 views.

    Same for me for a week, the spotlights I publish remain at 0 views even though during the day I get 50 to 100k.
