Macro for VLOOKUP in Word

Hello,

I am looking for a little help to create a macro in Word... Can any of you assist me?

Here’s the situation:

I want to write a letter for a single person, using a list of over 500 names... Therefore, would it be possible, by inserting an ID number, to perform a VLOOKUP on my Word document towards an Excel listing, knowing that:

my IDs are in column B,

I want to fill in an address block including:

Last name (column C), first name (column D)

Address (column I)

Address complement (column J)

Postal code (column K) City (column L)

Is this feasible?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Emilie

    Hello,
If I understood your question correctly, you have in the Word menu "Mailings" at the top right, a "Preview Results" box and "Select Recipients" that should do the trick...
    Best regards.
