Hello,

My problem is as follows: my power button is broken. Since I have an SG A6, I don't have a menu button on the phone. My case is not removable, so I can't access the battery. And lastly, I have already tried to restart it with my computer, but it didn't work.
Is there still hope for my phone?

Hello,
When you tried to restart your phone from your computer (I assume it was with ADB), did you enable USB debugging? Did you properly use the ADB tools on your computer?
