TV antenna issue

Hello everyone!

I just moved into my new apartment. For now, I don't have a box, so I'll be using my big 4G plan.

I have a little problem: when I connect the coaxial antenna cable to my TV, I don't detect any channels or signals.

It's an Edenwood TV QLED 50" EDENWOOD ED50E00UHD-VE.

I tried with a second cable thinking that maybe it was the problem, but it wasn't.

Do you have any idea? Because I really don't know anything about this! I don't even know what to select for the search between digital antenna, digital cable, or analog...

Thank you very much ????

Hello Ams,

For the box, you need a landline or fiber line to have internet access. If there's no landline, there's no network via the box.

For the coaxial cable, is there an antenna (digital of course)?
If so, do an automatic search for signals (especially if you're changing regions).
Analog antenna = no longer exists in France.

The box should have an antenna input, in which case you don't need an internet connection. You output (Antenna Out) from your box and then connect it to your TV.

In any case, do an Auto Search to pick up the signals in your area.

Best regards!

Hello!

Not all boxes have an antenna input, for example, the black one from dear SFR doesn't have one!
