Hello,
Hello, Windows Defender indicates that PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore is active on my PC, affected item: D:\Download\techyo_O5c0-F1.exe. I do not see this program in my downloads folder. What should I do since delete and quarantine do not remove this alert? Is this concerning? Thank you for your help and expertise. Best regards.

Hello.
Recurring question, nothing serious, it's simply an installCore that is to say an adware, according to what you explained it has been removed, many people confuse detections and the detection history, what you see is a detection that is in the Windows Defender history, look at the date of this detection and you will see that it is earlier than today.
If you wish you can delete the Windows Defender history see:
If it's not in the history and only in this case do the following:
Download FRST.
Once downloaded save it on the desktop then right-click on FRST and choose Run as administrator you will see this:
Wait until the message the tool is ready to run appears then click on Analyze
Attention, wait for the messages saying that the analysis is complete to appear.
At the end of the analysis, you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition.
Then send the FRST and ADDITION reports to https://www.cjoint.com/ then provide the two links generated by https://www.cjoint.com/ in your response.
