Hello,
Following a download, my Windows Defender alerted me to threats named PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore. Despite my attempts to delete or quarantine them, they always reappear. I have managed, through persistence, to isolate one of the two, but I can't get rid of the last one. I have tried AdwCleaner, RKill, and MBAM, but none of them detect these threats; Defender indicates this threat as low, but I really want to get rid of it.
I followed some forums and used FRST, I'm attaching the results via pjoint, I hope this will be enough.

Thank you.

Hello,
No infection on this PC.
Be careful, you have almost no space left on C: and restoration is therefore not enabled.
WD detection is this => C:\Users\tenma\Downloads\CheatEngine75.exe, have you checked if it is present in the downloads folder? If so, delete it.
The second detection is in the recycle bin, so you need to empty it.
Let me know what this says regarding these two detections
Hello,
Regarding CheatEngine, it was downloading the virus directly, I immediately deleted it, which is why the second detection was in my recycle bin. However, the second threat could not be removed because I had emptied the recycle bin.
I conducted an offline WD scan, through which I was able to eliminate the threat. Since then, I have performed a full scan and Defender is no longer finding any threats.
As for storage on C:, I will see about clearing some space, thank you for the advice.
Thank you for your response.
