Hello, I have a problem with my HP EliteBook Core i7 touch.
The caps lock light is on and the keyboard doesn't work nor does the mouse.
Moreover, when I turn off my computer, the caps lock light stays on.
I need help. Thank you

Hello,
Due to a lack of response from "Zaouri" or any simple feedback, we don't know if the advice worked or not..?
We can assume that something must have happened since then...?
And that the PC is either unlocked or in the trash..??
As for me, I would give the same answer... Access is done by cutting the power to the PC or a proper shutdown (hold the power button for 30 seconds) and then restarting by immediately going into the BIOS... navigating through the BIOS menus in search of the keyboard... real or visual... visually, it's on the "Cap Lock" key that it unlocks... restart the PC and the keyboard should be with Cap Lock unlocked...
I don't have this PC on hand to try the trick... But it's something like that.

Hello,
In my opinion, we need to manage to bring the virtual keyboard back on screen... To be able to act on the real keyboard; and unlock the Caps Lock key on the virtual one.
-- That should unlock the keyboard, or allow it to be done...
As for the mouse, it should be the same reason...
