Hello,

The infrared button that is used to change the channels on our Polaroid TV is broken. We bought a TNT box to reconnect a remote control, but the problem is how to access the TV menus since the only buttons available on the TV are the "power on and off" and the volume and channel up and down buttons.     It will need to be repaired.

    For your information, accessing the different menus via the HD TNT adapter is not possible, and neither is it possible with a universal remote control; if the various buttons on the television do not allow you to access the menus, there will be no other option but to have it repaired.
