Hello,

I followed the procedure you indicated for the drivers of my Unowhy Y13 whose sound card does not work under Windows 10 version 22H2. Some drivers are now updated thanks to you.

Here are the details of the drivers that are not working:

INTELAUDIO\DSP_VEN_8086&DEV_0222&SUBSYS_00000022&REV_0001\4&24FF68E&0&0800

ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_33D5
ACPI\INT33D5
*INT33D5

Thank you for your help
François

    Thank you Kaneagle, it works, the speaker is talking! It's almost magical. Thanks also @ panth33ra

    Do you have access to a database of drivers based on the "hardware identification number"?

    Once again, well done
    François

      For drivers, it is generally found on the manufacturer's website of the PC or motherboard.

      For certain models for which drivers cannot be found, such as the Unowhy Y13, searching online using the identification number.

      Ex: Microsoft site -->  https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Thanks.aspx?id=140

    It's the sound card of the PC that isn't working. It's the same with Windows 11.

    Thank you for your help.

    In Device Manager, I have this. The JBLs are because I added an external USB speaker.

    Additionally, I have 2 unknown devices:

    here are the details for the first one

    and for the second unknown device:

    I think my sound card issue comes from this? but I can't find the driver

    I am on Windows 11 version 22H2

      Since the beginning, you have been talking about the Audio device, but what about your PC?

    Do you have access to a database to find the driver associated with the "Hardware ID"?

    Download this --> PCI ID's

    Open it with Notepad
    You have the list according to VEN and DEV
    Obviously, the list is not complete.

    EX: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3184&SUBSYS_10E21043

    The VEN --> 8086

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    The DEV --> 3184

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Go to the website of the PC brand or the motherboard
    Download the Intel graphics driver.
