Hello, I made a withdrawal on Betclic but I'm being told that the withdrawal has been initiated, I don't know what that means.

Maybe they mean that you can still....scratch to get your winnings payment!....:-))
Seriously though, it’s possible to infer that they mean: "withdrawal request initiated," which would suggest that the request is recorded...
But, they are certainly the ones who would be best able to answer you... I assume they have a contact form on their site (and/or a FAQ addressing various inquiries)... And that's where you will find your answer...
