Hello,

My PC starts quite randomly, sometimes not at all, I have to press the power button (on off) multiple times for it to start (see video).

I changed the case thinking the problem was there, but it's still the same.

My configuration:

Operating System:   Microsoft Windows 11 Home
Processor:   Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8600K CPU @ 3.60GHz
Graphics Card:   NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (6.0 GB)
Memory:   23.9 GB Free (31.9 GB Total)
Audio:   Steam Streaming Microphone
Motherboard:   ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. (PRIME Z370-P)

Thank you in advance for your help.

Sincerely.

    Hello,

Test it with another power supply!

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply, I’m afraid to order another power supply for nothing, is there a way to be sure?

The motherboard always stays lit and if the computer goes into sleep mode, it’s impossible to wake it up from that state.

    Best regards.

Have you been in the power options to set the PC to "never" go to sleep?

Honestly, a big thank you Quentin2121, it was indeed the power supply, I changed it and everything is working again without freezing, the computer even wakes up from sleep!
