Hello,

I have a problem with my PS5 controller. When I plug in my headset, I can't hear anyone and I can't even hear the game sound or the menu (I should mention, however, that people can hear me when I speak). I've tried with several headsets and nothing works, the issue persists, so I think the problem comes from the controller. Does anyone have a solution?

I assume you also play online. Do you use the communication platform Discord?

Yes, but it's not just Discord that's the problem; I also can't hear the sound from my Playstation when my headset is plugged in.

It's extremely strange because I tested with 3 different headsets. I should mention that for all 3, when I apply pressure to the left on the earbud, I hear sound. Moreover, on another device like my phone or my PC, the headsets work perfectly.
