Drakkar Heimdall Software Issue

Hello ????,

I received a Heimdall Drakkar mouse from Konix. As indicated on the product box, I installed the software specific to my mouse (from https://www.konix-interactive.com/products/heimdall-2/?portfolioCats=893) in order to change the macros. However, when I open the software, it says "Gaming mouse is disconnected". I tried restarting my PC, reinstalling the mouse (from the device manager), changing the mouse port... but nothing works.

If you have any suggestions or if you have the same problem, please let me know! ????
