RTX 3060 Ti crashes during tests and games

Hello,

I've been trying to find a solution for several weeks now to my problem with my Gigabyte RTX 3060ti GAMING OC PRO 8G (rev. 3.0) crashing.

It crashes when I run a stress test or launch any games.

I upgraded my PC, keeping only my RAM and PSU.
I bought the graphics card used. Everything else is new.

My config:
Motherboard- MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS (New)
PSU- Cooler Master G650M, 650W (Used)
CPU- AMD Ryzen 5 5600 with Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB cooler (New)
GPU- RTX 3060ti Gigabyte gaming (Used)
RAM- DDR4 HyperX Fury (2 x 8 Go) 2400 MHz (Used)
SSD 1- Samsung 970 EVO Plus T2 (New)
SSD 2- Seagate BarraCuda, 2 To (New)
SSD 3- Seagate BarraCuda, 1 To (New)
Case- Phanteks Eclipse G360A (New)
Fan- 1x ARCTIC P12 PWM PST A-RGB (New)

Here’s what I’ve tried:
- Reinstalling Windows 11
- Updating Nvidia + Motherboard drivers (BIOS, Chipset, etc...)
- External PC installation (Only motherboard, GPU, and CPU connected for testing)
- Testing with an 850W Corsair PSU
- Testing the PC with my old GTX 1060: It works perfectly.
- CPU-Z correctly displays the memory of the card.

In short, nothing changes for my RTX. Still, this crashing issue.
Do you have any idea where this could be coming from?

Is a VBIOS update for the graphics card possible?
Maybe the GPU was overclocked incorrectly?

Thank you for your help!

    Hello,

What is the temperature of the graphics card before the crash? It may be a overheating issue.

    Humans think, machines execute.
Don't blame the computer, blame the programmer.

In the several tests I've conducted, the crash occurred between about 63° and 82°.
So I don't think it has to do with the temperature :/

My two screens turn off and on again, closing the game.
During the stress test, it crashes during the benchmark (both screens turn off and on again), ending the test without using the graphics card.

Ok, check the PCI power connectors on the board just in case, also monitor the temperatures with HWMONITOR, especially the GPU hot spot; for example, I have a 3050 and at 95° hot spot, I get thrown out like you, but that's normal in my case.

Otherwise, you should indeed check the manufacturer's website to see if there’s a BIOS update and try it.

GPUZ will tell you the currently installed version.

The power connectors seem to be in very good condition.

For the BIOS update of the board, how should I proceed? I can't find any information online...
