Remote control not working on Smart Tech TV

Hello,

my remote control is not working anymore, but my smart tech TV is fine.

I bought several remote controls, but they still don't work.

So either the sensor on my TV is not working or I just don't know how to use a remote control.

Can someone help me please

Hello,

You have tried several universal remotes and none of them work (including the original one), so it indeed seems that the television has a problem.

If you provide us with the exact model number of the TV, we can look for reset options....
