Hello, the decoder is stuck on the radio channels
I no longer have access to the TV channels
I tried unplugging everything and waiting 15 minutes before plugging the device back in, but that hasn't changed anything.
Do you have a solution?

Additionally, you need to provide us with the exact reference of this TNT decoder. It's possible that it may be faulty; it would probably be more productive to check with another TNT HD decoder.

Unplugging/Replugging does not erase the settings (Luckily, just imagine during a power outage!!).
You need to go back to the settings of the DVB-T decoder (using its remote control, not the TV's) and redo/restart the channel search... (Some models offer a reset option, but it's not guaranteed).See you later
