Sharp TV LC40LE600 turns off by itself after 5 minutes

Couldn't find anything really conclusive online, so....roll up your sleeves!

Checked the electrolytic capacitors....all okay


Check if the TNY274PN isn't overheating
If it heats up to the point you can't leave your finger on it, then it's faulty...and you need to replace it
I fixed mine for less than €3

If this can help as support rather than having to pay €300 at a repair shop

I suppose your TV is no longer under warranty (2 years from the date of purchase)?
