Twitch connection issues

Hello, when I try to create a Twitch account, it says (We have noticed suspicious activity coming from this IP address.) I don't know why, it might be due to the accounts I created that have been permanently banned each time. If someone could help me, I would be extremely grateful.

Clearly, this is an infinitive ban.
There's nothing we can do about it here on CCM.
You need to discuss this with them.

When I try to create an account and I enter a different email address, I get the message.
However, I have never gone live on Twitch or posted any weird messages in chat.
