Hello, I have a PS4 fat that was working really well until 2 days ago. Everything was fine before the update, then I did the update and got the error su-42118-6. I thought, okay, it's not a big deal, I'll do it in safe mode, bam, error su-42118-6. I thought it was no big deal, I'll reinstall the software, hop, error. I looked online, I fiddled with the CD drive ribbon, I tried everything, and yet nothing works. Can you please help me? ????
