Reset desktop PC without screen

Hello,

I would like to reset my desktop PC without a screen using my laptop, but I can see it on the laptop but cannot connect to it even though they have the same password to open via my Microsoft account?

    Hello,

    A laptop cannot be used as a screen; it's not its function, unless a USB video capture system is used, but that's complicated and would require compatibility.

    Over a network, it would likely take a remote control program.
