Hello,

I recently purchased wireless earbuds from the brand a2 pro.

As soon as I put one earbud in my ear, a loud sound goes off, regardless of the volume my phone is set to. The sound does not come from Bixby, as I have disabled it. Is there any way to turn off this sound, or at least reduce it?

The sound quality is very good, quite loud as well but that can be adjusted a bit with the equalizer.
