A2F not working

Hello, I have a problem regarding the 2FA for Fortnite. I logged into Epic Games and entered everything (email number and application) and I even logged into my PS4 but it still doesn't work, can you help me?

    I don't understand the problem, are you unable to log in? Is your 2FA via SMS / Email or using a dedicated app?

      The a2f is activated by the 3 things email, sms, and app but is not working
