Hello,
I bought the Neopix Ultra 2TV from Philips yesterday, new.
It worked for about 1 hour, turned off, and then this message appeared upon restarting:
Android recovery
Droidlogic/ faraday / faraday
9/PI/20201113
User/ release-Keys
Use volume up/ down and source
Can't load Android system. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device.
-Try again
-Factory data reset
Error!
1) Have you ever received a similar message?
2) I cannot click on try again or factory data reset.
Indeed, when I press the arrows or OK, nothing happens.
When I press the volume buttons, only the volume appears.
I tried going through the settings, but as soon as I request a reset this way, the device turns off, restarts, and displays the same message again.
When I turned it on yesterday, I was able to link my Google account, set up Android, and connect to YouTube or Canal, for example.
Do you have any solutions to suggest?
Thank you very much!

Hello,
The simplest and safest option for you would be to make use of the warranty since your television is new. If you take a wrong action, they could void your warranty, leaving you with a locked television. Have you tried pressing the buttons on the projector directly rather than using the remote? They should be located at the back. If that still doesn't work, follow this procedure: https://fc.darty.com/notices/DOCUMENTATION/2021/23/4907086_NOTCOMP.pdf update the software with a USB key formatted in FAT32, if you have access to the projector's settings menu.
