Hello or good evening, it's up to you...

I am a novice on this site, but a problem has arisen, and knowing that you are all experienced users, I am allowed to ask you these questions. Since my problem concerns a video projector, I am unsure of the section or subsection where I should post, thank you for your understanding.

I bought a video projector at my own expense from a site coming from China that I will not name, it was well received, delivered quickly, and the device is working perfectly.
This device also works under Android 4.2 and has WiFi.

But here's the thing, after 5 days, the Android system stopped working, showing a blue screen, sometimes white, and nothing is displayed; of course, the USB ports (2) are not working anymore.
I would be happy if someone had a solution either to reset the system or if they know a "trick" to get these USB ports to function within the Android system, and why not make files appear.

The other functions work correctly (HDMI, VGA, AV).

I thank you in advance.

P.S. strangely, this video projector resembles the look of the AUNA brand, but the one I own is of superior quality. 5000 lumens in brightness and 6000:1 in contrast, it is a LED projector.

    Hello,

If nothing else works, I believe this category would be more appropriate:
    https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/ecran-224

Otherwise, if the warranty is still valid, go ahead and apply it.

      Hello NHenry

Indeed, finding the right section is difficult, it touches on both a projector (a section that doesn't exist) Android, and video, but any help is welcome, thank you

I suspect more of an Android bug since I was able to view content with a USB stick before, and the formats used are compatible with the manufacturer's data. Now this stick or another one blinks for 2 seconds, then nothing, and the screen remains stuck on blue, no folders.
Also, my projector no longer picks up Wi-Fi, nor via cable, I can't see a reset button, that's why I'm looking for a workaround

Now the supplier is in China as mentioned earlier, sending it back there.... ???, he offers me a Miracast-style dongle as compensation, that's something, but I would have liked to resolve the original problem.

Thank you for reading this far.

      Best regards
