For the past few days I haven't been able to log into the site, even though I receive emails; it's impossible to reply. I'm told that this account does not exist; or that no account is associated with my email ( ***@***)

    Unfortunately, apart from contacting LBC, I don't see what else you can do...

    Next to the orange button, you have a phrase "I don't have an account or my account is blocked". You click on it. It will open a contact form.
