Hello,

Please, I would like some help. My S-link power bank of 30000mAh has been subjected to a violent shock and now it no longer charges any devices. When I connect a device to it, the indicator lights just blink and the power bank shuts off. I need help, please.

    Hello.

    Take your power bank to a repair shop or disassemble the power bank and see if a solder joint has come loose; it's hard for me to give you more information remotely without having the power bank in hand.
