PlayStation 4 stuck at 99% during reset

Hello,

I have a problem with my PlayStation 4; due to a corrupted file, the console gets stuck on the home screen. I tried to reset the console, but the issue is that it gets stuck at 99%! What should I do? Thank you in advance.
