Num Lock and numeric keys

Hello,

On my ASUS Vivobook 15, after switching to Windows 11, the Num Lk and numeric keys are no longer working.

Could you please let me know how to activate them as using Excel (365 or otherwise) is essential.

    THANK YOU - I contacted Microsoft directly who resolved my issue by taking control of my PC. It was a matter of "unclicking" a feature (but I don't remember which one); everything has returned to normal. BEST REGARDS
