Watercooling pump not starting

Hello,

I am presenting my issue. EKWB Quantum Velocity 2 pump and Asus ProArt B760 Creator D4 motherboard.

The problem is that my pump does not start when the PC is launched. Several tests have been performed:

Unplugging the CPU fan to run the pump at 100% (manufacturer's advice) resulted in it not working.

Trying the pump on another power supply, it does not work.

And when I plug in the SATA + CPU fan + RGB, the CPU fan works but intermittently.

Do you know where the problem might come from? Is there a setting in the BIOS that needs to be adjusted?

Hello

Try the pump on another power supply, it's not working.

That's more concerning. Really. How do you expect it to work in the PC if the pump alone isn't working.
