Dead by Daylight launch bug

Hello, I'm trying to launch Dead by Daylight on PlayStation on my second account and it's stuck on an infinite loading screen, while it works perfectly fine on my main account. Could you help me with my second account?

    Hello,

    I'm on PS4 and I have the same problem, when I launch the game, I'm stuck on loading with "initialization complete" displayed. No matter how long I wait, whether it's 10 minutes or an hour, it still doesn't work.

    I even tried uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it, but that doesn't solve the problem.

    I don't understand where it could be coming from, if you have any solutions, I'm all ears.

      Which method did you use to install the game: with its DVD/Blu-ray or after downloading it from PS Network?

        I have it on the PS network, but I checked the DBD site and it's a problem that many people are experiencing right now. The devs are apparently on it. Just have to wait.
