Hello,

I recently bought a wired headset with USB connectivity, but when I plug it in, my computer is unable to detect it.

I am using Windows 11 on a Lenovo laptop.

Thank you in advance for your response.

Hello,

Specify which wired headset (brand and model). If it is not detected, they will need to install its driver to make it work.

It's a Qilive headset, the Q.3567, I've already tried to look for its drivers but couldn't find them.

And when I asked for help from the brand's support, the person who replied told me that this headset didn't have drivers :/

Indeed, there are no drivers for this headset. Check if Windows 11 is up to date.

Yes, my Windows has all the updates; I just checked since yesterday.

Hello,

Can you try this driver?

(Only use links to official and verified suppliers, thank you. Moderation.)

(Download the file and extract it to the desktop, open Device Manager → click on your computer's name → action → add legacy hardware → next → install the hardware that I manually select from the list → show hidden devices → next → provided disk → browse → desktop → select the file → install and finish)

Awaiting your feedback :)

Okay, thanks.

I just did it and it gave me this message:

"The following hardware has been installed:

Android ADB Interface

The software for this device is now installed, but it may not work properly.

This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

Unfortunately, I did everything you said but without success :/

The headset has two jack connections (microphone and headphones) and a USB connection; it's the latter that is causing the problem, and I cannot use the microphone because my computer does not have enough jack ports.

Hello,

Connect the headset to the PC:

Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

Do you have a section --> other devices?
If yes, what is the problematic device?

Is the audio headset still showing an alert?

Hello,
No section for other devices

And the headset does not appear in the list of devices.

No alerts in USB bus controllers?

It's to add a Bluetooth device, right? My headphones are wired, so it doesn't work.

Have you still tried it? It says Bluetooth and Devices

If not, try this:

Control Panel
All Control Panel Items
Devices and Printers
Add a device

Is the headset properly connected?
If so, have you tried another port?
