Hello!
I acquired a Razer Electra V2 gaming headset with a JACK connector for my desktop computer an hour ago. My problem is that my PC doesn’t even detect the headset or any other audio peripherals on my JACK ports.

- I tested it on another computer, and everything works. However, when I plug in headphones or a headset, it doesn’t work on mine, while it does on other computers.
- I have updated my drivers.
- In the sound management, my headset doesn’t appear. It’s not that it’s not recognized by Windows, it just simply doesn’t show up.
- My JACK ports are not dead.

I’m sending you this alert message because I’m really lost.
Thank you in advance.

I had the same problem on my Windows 10 PC. Everything was working fine, and one day the headset just stopped working, no longer detected by Windows. I updated the RealTek drivers and it started working again. I have no idea why it stopped functioning, but the update fixed the issue. You should try that.

Thank you for your advice, I applied it before and it didn't work.

Resolved: in my sound manager, I need to click on plug and play and the search for new devices takes place, my headset is working!
