j'ai réinitialiser o=mon ordi  ET MON LOGICIEL  HP AI PARTI COMMENT JE PEUX LE TELECHARGER CAR AUTREMENT FAUDRA QUE J'APPEL HP France SI VOUS POUVIEZ ME DONNER LA MARCHE A SUIVRE JE VOUS EN REMERCIE D'AVANCE
