White Cursor

Hello,

Why is my cursor white? It's impossible to tell where it is. When I see it, I click, I type, and when I want to go back to the text using the arrow keys, it scrolls by in white without me really knowing where it is.

What can I do?

What do you call a cursor?

Is it the mouse or the touchpad?

Hello,

Go to the control panel and then click on Mouse, a window will open with Pointer, Pointer Options, etc....

There you should be able to change the color of the pointer.

HP brand

It works fine on the internet, it's strange, but it doesn't work on "CCM"????
If I'm on my PC...Excel, Word....etc, no problem.

Hi,

You need to be careful not to move the mouse too quickly or accidentally shift it.

If it moves on its own, it might be a virus or malware, and you should ask the question on the Virus/Security forum found in All Categories at the top left of this page.

This way, any doubts about a potential virus will be cleared up.

These are volunteers who know about viruses, but I do not.
