Hello, I'm given devices that people no longer want because they have bought a higher version...

But I received a Logicom tablet with a PIN code. I don't know how to access this tablet.

Everywhere it says to press the power and volume buttons simultaneously, that the Android guy will appear, and blah blah...

When I do that, the tablet turns on normally, and no Android guy...

So there must be another trick to reset this tablet to factory settings.
