Lidl STSK E5 Earphone Issues

Hello, I bought STSK E5 earbuds a few months ago and until now they were working normally. But since yesterday, one of the earbuds makes a sound every 10 seconds and stops the audio during the noise, and I don't know how to fix this.

Hello,

You must have received a small manual with these headphones, you need to consult it.

That said, the BT headphones from Lidl... there are better ones..!!

You can try to reset them, you need to leave both in the case and press the single button on both at the same time for 30 seconds, without releasing.

And immediately charge the case fully...

That said, if the internal battery of these headphones is dead, it's hopeless... Unless you go back to Lidl with the receipt.. and make use of the warranty.
