Unable to pause on nrj12

Hello everyone, I have the Freebox Pop and I can't pause NRJ12; a message appears saying that the pause function is not available on this channel, even though I can do it on all the other channels. Has anyone else encountered the same problem? Thanks in advance. Best regards.

    I have the same problem and on Chérie 25 as well, does anyone know why since we can pause on all channels during the revolution?

      Honey 25 has never had the 'rewind' or 'pause' functions.

      I don't know why, but there are no answers on the internet. I'm going to try to contact the channel's management.
      So I don't watch the channel anymore because I feel like I'm being held hostage in front of the TV ????

    It is impossible to pause or rewind channel sweetheart 25 with Free.

    Same. The live control doesn't work on nrj12 and on channel 25. I haven't found a solution by searching online ☹
