Purchase of a tablet at FNAC. The seller subscribes to the "Family Duo Serenity Pack" insurance without asking for your opinion and without informing you, and suddenly you are subscribed without knowing it for 15 euros a month!
Contract termination is always possible, but the amounts debited while you realize the scam are seemingly permanently lost.
A beautiful scam by FNAC that charges you 15 euros a month as long as you do not complain for a service you never use. Forced sale or illegal commercial practice, the fruit is ripe; you just have to surf the web to realize the number of customers who have been scammed!
