    The site jecontacte.com is not our site, but rather yours. CCM has no connection to this site and cannot intervene in case of failure or connection problems.

    For your information, it's not jecontacte.fr, but rather jecontacte.com…

    jecontacte.com it's not here and for the connection problem, you should discuss that with them instead.
