Undoing changes made to your computer :(

Hello! I have a problem with my Acer desktop PC.

After a update, I encountered an error message: "Reverting changes made to your computer" and the PC keeps restarting endlessly doing the same thing.

-Unable to access the BIOS, it feels like the PC does not respond to requests.

-My PC turns on immediately once I plug it in (without pressing the button).

-I don't think I can access the configuration environment.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Hello

There might be a failure with your hard drive (access to the BIOS is very, very slow and sometimes extremely sluggish).
What happens if you open the case - PC TURNED OFF AND DISCONNECTED !! - And unplug one of the 2 cables from the hard drive (Sata or Power).
Do you have normal access to the BIOS again?

If YES :-( Your hard drive is likely dead

If that makes no difference (still no access to the BIOS), try resetting the motherboard.

Either with the internal jumper (the location depends on the model) or by unplugging the power cable from the case and removing the internal battery (lithium 2032).

After about 10 minutes, put the battery back and reconnect to test!!

See you later.
