Hello,

I don't know if I've chosen the right theme with internet-social networks, I don't see a better one, if that's the case I'm sorry.

Upon startup (slow), I just realized that in the bottom right of the screen, you can read: c.amazon-adsystem.com; I suppose it's from Amazon and ad for advertisements, and that it must pollute me and slow me down, if that's the case how can I get rid of it?

Hello.

Since you haven't mentioned which web browser is involved, here is a general response: you need to remove the unwanted notifications saved in your web browser see this page.

If you're having trouble, do the following:

Download FRST, once downloaded save it to your desktop, then right-click on FRST and choose Run as administrator, you will see this:

Click on Analyze

Be careful, wait for the messages indicating that the analysis is complete to appear.

At the end of the analysis, you will have two text files on your desktop FRST and Addition.

Then send the FRST and ADDITION reports to PJJOINT, then provide the two links generated by PJJOINT in your response.

Procedure to follow in the order specified:

1- Open FRST as an administrator by right-clicking on FRST and choosing run as administrator
2 - Copy the entire script that is in the box below:

3- Once the script is copied, click on Fix, FRST will automatically take the script from the clipboard.


Let the fix complete, once it's done you will be asked to restart your PC, do so as soon as you are prompted, see below.

Then once your computer is restarted:
4- You will have a Fixlog file on your desktop, then send this fixlog report to PJJOINT and provide the generated link from PJJOINT in your response.

5- CHECK AND TELL ME IF YOUR PROBLEM IS STILL PRESENT

Next, I'm sorry for my typos and especially for the following oversight: the message didn't appear at the bottom right but, uh... at the bottom left near my bookmarks (maybe that doesn't change anything...)

Well, that said, I use Firefox and followed the link to malekal.com and did the proposed manipulations; it may sound a bit silly, but my husband and I don't use the same browser, he uses Microsoft Edge.

Hello and thank you for the time you are giving me. On my side, I let two days pass due to a lack of time.

But there’s a problem, whereas the day before yesterday everything went well, now I can’t find... the fixlog file to send (neither on the desktop nor anywhere else).

I am really sorry to waste your time and on my side, I’m also sorry because while using Firefox, before the first manipulation, I only had the message indicated in my... first message at the bottom left of the screen, and well on Microsoft Edge when I set it up a while ago to check the next steps, there was indeed an ad at the bottom right... well now... I can’t see it anymore!!

Well, maybe it’s fixed!! Because I have been browsing for a little while to check and nothing appears!!!
