Difficulty transferring PDF book to VIVLIO e-reader

Good evening

I bought a "VIVLIO TOUCH HD PLUS" e-reader a few months ago to read a book that a writer friend sent me in PDF via my Google messaging. I had to create an ID account (which I did) to transfer it to my e-reader, but the problem is that I no longer remember how to transfer it to the device. Could someone who really knows about this please help me? I look forward to a prompt response to resolve my problem quite quickly, and please accept my sincere greetings.
