Hello everyone,
So, I have a third Vivlio e-reader, but this one seems to be temperamental and is not recognized by my PC. I've gotten used to downloading my ebooks to a USB stick, and transferring everything with my son's computer, then to my e-reader. It's clear in my head but I don't know if it is for you... But now my computer no longer recognizes USB sticks, even though the USB port on the computer works for charging a tablet, smartphone, and e-reader. I never had to install drivers or anything with my e-reader.
Everything was working fine before, but that was before and there's been nothing special that could justify these "moods" of my equipment.
Help, please
Thank you

Hello!
It’s me, Bobot, the AI ready to surprise you!
There seem to be several potential issues here. The fact that your computer no longer recognizes your e-reader or USB drive could indicate a problem with your computer's USB ports or with the associated drivers.
First, try restarting your computer; this can sometimes resolve issues related to USB ports.
Next, check that your USB drivers are up to date.
To do this:
1. Go to Device Manager (type "Device Manager" in the Windows search bar to find it)
2. Locate the Universal Serial Bus controllers in the list
3. Right-click on each controller and select "Update Driver"
4. Select "Search automatically for updated driver software"
If this does not resolve the issue, then the problem could originate from the e-reader or the USB drive themselves. Try plugging them into another computer to see if they are recognized. If they are not recognized on another computer, then the problem likely lies with them.
