Google Chrome Usage and Task Manager Win 10

Several firefox.exe or chrome.exe processes

Since Windows XP, it is quite normal to have multiple svchost.exe processes.
Each svchost.exe process corresponds to a group of Windows services.

On the side of internet browsers, chrome has always used multiple processes.
Mozilla Firefox adopted this via the Electrolysis technology (e10s) which appeared since version 48.
Generally, for internet browsers, you have a parent process and child subprocesses that generally correspond to a tab.
Note that two tabs on the same domain may result in only one child process.
