When I start, I delete the file cache.db
I launch a CS3 application.
A new file cache.db appears --> I change its property: I check "read-only"
I enter my serial number on the activation page
I press next then I click "register later".
My application launches.
I change the property of the file cache.db: I uncheck "read-only".
In the save menu of my application, I choose "do not register my product".
I confirm.
Then I change the configuration of my file cache.db again: I check "read-only".
I close my application, and when I relaunch it, I have again the page where I need to enter my password.
Can anyone tell me where I went wrong? -
1) Delete the file cache.db
2) Launch Adobe CS3
3) Enter the serial number and do not touch anything
4) Change the attribute to read-only
5) Click on next
6) Click on save later
7) Click on don't save
8) Relaunch CS3
It works for me, but I struggled; it's true that the explanations were not very clear. -
Hello, thank you for helping us... so there's a small problem with what you just wrote...
in step 6 there's no "save" but "activate", is that the same thing for you?
because if it’s the same then step 7 doesn’t exist and therefore it doesn’t work...
if you can guide us again, thank you! -

I'm agree with arno415 it doesn't work, but for me it only says "activate" because my deadline is over and I have 0 days left, so it's dead? I don't know what to do anymore, I've tried everything, it's frustrating.
-
It's all good Arno415, I found the solution :) You need to uninstall everything related to ADOBE, then go to "search" and type adobe in both boxes, make sure to check that you want to search in hidden files, then start the search and delete everything that comes up.
After that, install Adobe Creative normally, when you launch Photoshop it will ask you for the key as if you were installing it for the very first time.
There you go.
Best regards, guys :) -
Yes, your solution seems good, but afterwards the software automatically asks you for your serial number again, right? And if that's the case, does that mean you will have to uninstall and reinstall your software every 30 days?
-
No, I have a generator that activates the software itself when you're in "activate by phone," and then if it does that, you just have to do what they said before your deadline is up.

I am exactly in the same situation as khalilll7 from 01/05/2008.
There is surely a missing step in this process. Could someone review our colleague's process above and let us know what is not working? -
Just a question, Jerem, with your keygen none of the keys work for me. And when I click on Activate, it tells me: "are you kidding me?"
Any solution?
Thanks in advance,
Sam. -

Help !!!
I just read, in detail, all the posts on this topic, and I still don't have my solution!!!
I have tried all methods, in French or English, but the license number screen keeps coming back when I close and reopen an application!
I'm using Windows Vista Home Edition, and we are indeed talking about the Adobe Web Premium C3 suite.
Has anyone succeeded in a similar environment?
Could someone (once again ...) provide step-by-step instructions, as I must be missing something. Am I the last idiot in this case?
Thank you ... I’m desperate. -
"6) Then click on activate later --> result: the application launches"
"I don't have that, I only have activate now or quit."
