Hello, THE SOLUTION is that you need to go to program files/common files/adobe/adobe PCD/cache and there you delete the cache.db file. Then restart Photoshop and enter your serial number.

the problem is not with the key but how to enter it. Because when I click on any pack program (Dreamweaver or Photoshop.......) the error message appears "product license expired" so I can't enter a new key

J'ai trouvé une méthode simple et astucieuse pour faire fonctionner cs3 avec votre ancien numéro de série d'essai.
J'ai essayé ce script de nettoyage et ça n'a pas fonctionné pour moi, mais ça, oui.

Tout d'abord, supprimez C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\cache.db

Ensuite, lancez n'importe quel programme cs3. Cliquez sur Accepter pour continuer, puis saisissez votre numéro de série qui fonctionnait auparavant. AVANT de cliquer sur suivant, vous remarquerez que vous avez un NOUVEAU fichier cache.db dans C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache

Effectuez un clic droit sur le fichier, allez dans Propriétés et rendez-le en lecture seule, puis cliquez sur suivant dans CS3 après avoir entré votre clé.

Ensuite, après que vous soyez arrivé à l'écran d'enregistrement du logiciel.
Cliquez sur "Enregistrer plus tard"

WHOA ! Pas si vite, ça fonctionne mais vous n'avez pas encore terminé !

L'écran d'enregistrement devrait être réapparu. Cette fois, retirez la coche pour "Lecture seule" de ce nouveau fichier cache.db et sélectionnez "Ne pas s'enregistrer" dans le menu supérieur du logiciel d'enregistrement.

Maintenant, dès que vous cliquez sur continuer, rendez à nouveau le fichier cache.db en lecture seule, et LAISSEZ-LE DE CETTE FAÇON !

Profitez de CS3 !

The fact that cache.db resets itself is normal. It's on that file that you need to change the property and configure it as read-only or not. What I don't understand is why, being on Vista, this manipulation doesn't work. So I have to use it for the duration of the 30-day free trial.

It works very well, tested on Vista  first off, delete C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\cache.db Then run any of the cs3 programs. Click Accept to continue, then enter your serial that used to work. BEFORE clicking next, you'll notice that you have a NEW cache.db file in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache Right click the file, go to properties and make it READ ONLY, and then click next on CS3 after entering your key. Next, after you get to the register software screen. Click "Register Later" WHOA! Not so fast, it's working but you're not done yet! The register screen should have popped up again. This time, remove the check for "Read Only" from that new cache.db file and select "Do Not Register" from the the top of the register software menu. Now, as soon as you click continue, make the cache.db file read only again, and LEAVE IT THAT WAY!   thanks john major

I change the property of the file cache.db: I uncheck "read-only".  In the save menu of my application, I choose "do not register my product". I confirm.  Then I change the configuration of my file cache.db again: I check "read-only".  I close my application, and when I relaunch it, I have again the page where I need to enter my password.  Can anyone tell me where I went wrong?

I agree with arno415, it's better to be clear in our terms.
So here’s what I do by following what gogo does:

1) Delete the cache.db file
2) Launch Adobe CS3
3) Enter the serial number and don't touch anything
4) Change the attribute of the cache.db file to read-only
5) Click on next

6) Then click on activate later --> result: the application starts

7) Change the attribute of the cache.db file: I uncheck "read-only"
8) In the application, I go to Help --> Registration: the registration window opens
9) I choose "Do not register" then click continue.
10) Change the attribute of the cache.db file back to read-only
11) Relaunch CS3

When I relaunch CS3, it asks me to enter the password again.
So if I made a mistake, please let me know where.

I might need to install it with another CS3 file.

It's all good Arno415, I found the solution :) You need to uninstall everything related to ADOBE, then go to "search" and type adobe in both boxes, make sure to check that you want to search in hidden files, then start the search and delete everything that comes up. After that, install Adobe Creative normally, when you launch Photoshop it will ask you for the key as if you were installing it for the very first time. There you go. Best regards, guys :)
