Mail accessibility free zimbra blocked error code 302
Emma -
Hello,
I would like some help because my messaging on Free Zimbra has been inaccessible since this morning (27/05/23) with this issue: after logging in, I get a 302 error: Found: The Document has moved here which redirects me to the Free Zimbra homepage.
Please, could you tell me the steps to follow to access my account again? Or is it a server problem and sadly I just have to wait?
Do you think there is a risk of losing emails and email archives?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
It seems that the issue is quite periodic (server downtime) and therefore there is nothing else to do but wait.
Hello,
To check if there is a malfunction with Zimbra, try reading your emails at

What is well conceived is clearly expressed,
And the words to say it come easily.

Hello,
There was an outage of a few days on the zimbra100-e18 server (outage confirmed by Free at 3244).
Currently, the situation has returned to normal for this server. The only problem is the loss of messages. I can hardly see any of the test messages I sent. It is certainly the same for the rest of the mail.
I completely agree with you: we can accept that there is an outage, but the recurrence of outages is problematic.
For me, the conclusion is simple: one should not provide a Free contact address for an important service (taxes, health, etc.).
Hello,
The situation is not getting any better. There are now several servers down:
According to what I've noted and the information circulating, we have at least:
zimbra102-e18
zimbra59-e10
zimbra98-e18
zimbra100-e18
With this long weekend, we will need to be patient.
Given these repeated outages, Free is clearly no longer one of the reliable email hosting providers.
What is well conceived is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.

Good evening,
Stéphane May 23, 2022 at 11:34 PM No access to my email since last night. When I go to the Zimbra portal, the message appears: "Found The document has moved here" when I click on here, it takes me back to the homepage, which leads to the same message as before, and so on. https://www.totalbug.com/zimbra-free/comment-page-11/
Who better than Renault can maintain your Renault.
Uh! Chuck Norris...
Hello,
Apparently everything is back to normal. The email box is working and there is no loss of mail.
What is well conceived is clearly expressed,
And the words to say it come easily.

Hello Pierr10,
Whatever...

Hello,
The question is not necessarily related.
We don’t understand why Alice ADSL subscribers have not changed this address which has become obsolete for 10 or 15 years.
Free is maintaining it reluctantly until the day it decides otherwise (why haven’t the concerned individuals migrated to a Free address?), but probably only for subscribers who have continued to replace their Alice ADSL contract with a Free contract, not for those who have gone elsewhere, are no longer their customers, and owe nothing.
