Thank you so much Clarckos, I didn't have to go all the way to the end of the page and hadn't seen the contact section. I've just written to them to request the deletion of my account. I'll keep you updated on their response. Best regards

Just so you know, you need to be logged out to access the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page. If this can help you. As for me, I sent them a request to close my account today. I'm waiting for a response. I will come back to provide updates on this site as soon as I know more.

Hello.

I don't know this site, and the unsubscribe instructions are not specified in the terms of service.

Assuming you log into your user account, there should be several sections, including "Account" or "personal profile" or something like that.

The unsubscribe button is usually found at the bottom of these sections.

Thank you Clarckos for your response, but I went to the "my account" section where I only find 4 menus:

my practitioners, my account, my appointments, logout, and on this screen page in the my account section, the only option I have is to modify it and then validate it.

Regarding the virtuality, it is indeed the contact us section that is missing and not the page of the site. Thank you for your response Clarckos, which does not reassure me at all. Indeed, the only button you see at the bottom of the page is the "validate" button for account information. You can guess that I am quite annoyed. I am surprised that there are no other cases of this type mentioned on this site.

Thank you for what you do.

Hello,

It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it’s not there...

Thank you for the link but I went there before contacting you and it's nonsense, try going under the link that is behind "this form".

What Baladur implied is that through the link behind "this form," you need to contact them to make a request for unsubscribing.

Otherwise, in the 4 menus you are talking about: what is there after "My Account" > "My account" >?

Thank you Clarkos for your explanation. The only problem is that I haven't found a way to contact them except by trying to respond to the email received after my registration, which is obviously sent by a computer, and to which, of course, I haven't received a reply.

As I mentioned in a previous post under the "my account" section, the only thing I can do is modify it by adding or changing the information and validating it.

Unfortunately, there is nothing in the Terms of Service, Legal Notice, or other similar sections.

The only way remains to provide them with a clear and direct unsubscription request through the "Contact Us" section, and to wait for their response.

Thank you Clarkos for your response. Before contacting you, I searched on this site for the 'contact us' section, which is only virtual and therefore non-existent. That's why I ended up here!

I admit I do not understand the meaning of this sentence regarding the virtuality of this page:

Except that yes, it is a form, and you will need to arm yourself with patience, and perhaps luck to get a positive response to your request.

For you, I read the entirety of the Terms of Use and Legal Notices without having any concrete or direct answers to provide you.

Hence the reference to this form, as stated in the summary provided by Baladur.

There remains the slim chance that a user or former user of Agenda Direct stumbles upon this forum, sees this topic, and might respond positively to you.

Clarckos, I'm sorry I think we haven't understood each other well, there is no form as stated behind the summary but I go directly to the agenda direct site without any option to delete my account!

So you're not reaching the page I showed in the image?

This link doesn't take you to the page in question?

Hello Baladur13, I’m coming back to your last post containing a link. I notice today that the link works correctly and brings me to the contact window of the site that I didn’t have yesterday, since when I clicked I was taken directly to the site. Thank you very much.

I have a lot of problems with my internet provider SFR.

Hello,

After filling everything out, I keep clicking but it's impossible to "send the message" which remains pale blue and cannot be sent.

I think this is intentional. I will contact the CNIL because I haven't requested anything and no one asked for my permission to display my identity on this site in Google.
