Which application for DCM files

Hello, I would like to know which application to use to open files with the DCM extension without having to purchase paid applications that I would only use once.

 Windows 10 configuration Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3350P CPU 3.10 GHz Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB 64-bit operating system x64 Nvidia Geforce GT 620 graphics card

    Hello.

    The DCM extension is an extension generally used in medical imaging,

    openable with Xnview or Gimp.

    Both are free.

    Normally, any image manager like XnView does the job.

    It happens that, for example, the CDs that are provided may not deliver these files raw, but are intended to be read through an executable that integrates a viewer.
