Unknown FaceTime call

Hello, I've been receiving calls from unknown numbers (+33 07...) for a while now, or other different numbers, but every time I hang up, they call me back. When I try to find out their identity by messaging, they give me a first name and then make suggestive comments -18 and call me back on FaceTime. A friend of mine tried to call them on a normal call but said nothing and hung up afterwards, and it's starting to annoy me. I'd like to know if there are any websites to trace numbers or if I can file a complaint against X. I don't want to change my number because of some kids who are just messing around.

In addition to the other advice, no, there is no site to trace (we're not in a police drama :) ) and above all, why answer calls from unknown numbers?
There are enough online scams whose sole purpose is to get you to answer or even call back.
If it's unknown, don't answer and let the voicemail handle it. If it's really important and relevant, you can call back directly afterwards.

Following your comment, I would strongly advise you to change your number, or to file a complaint. Moreover, you should block and report it, if you haven't done so already.
